After you submit your application, a selection committee will review your application materials. The selection committee will be looking carefully at your entire application. Of particular importance are your essays. The committee is looking for a wide cross-section of people -- different levels of experience, different ages, different kinds of educators from school and non-school settings -- to accept into the program.
